Warranty

Warranty Your Apple warranty will be voided if we undertake repairs on your iPod.

It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the required repair is covered by the existing Apple warranty
and to take appropriate steps.

Warranty is not offered or available on iPods that are sent to us which need a reset or restore (as set out by Apple).

We
endeavour to provide the best possible service at all times and any complaints or disagreements will be handled swiftly and professionally at all times

A parts and labour warranty is offered on all repairs for re-occurrence of the same issue or a defect with a part that we have used for a period of 90 calendar days.

This warranty does not include accidental damage or water damage.

Any claim under this warranty must be received by the iPodRepairCentre within 14 days of receiving a repaired iPod and submitted in writing.

If a claim is made under the warranty, we will evaluate the claim and respond to the sender within 14 calendar days.

Where we agree to perform work under this warranty the warranty period will begin at the time of the initial repair.
