Device Password FAQ
Q: Do I need to remove or supply the repair centre with my device password?
A: Yes, in order to undertake a diagnostic check, we need to be able to access the device. Therefore it is best to either remove or provide us with the passwords. This only applies to the device password. Once the device is returned to you, you have the option of changing the password.

Q: Does your quote include postage?
A: Yes, every quote we give includes return special delivery.

Q: Can you reset iPods?
A: Yes, this is a simple standard task for us.

Q: Why can't you give me a price for some repairs?
A: Some problems have multiple causes and are just impossible to diagnose without inspection.

Q: Will your repair void Apple warranty?
A: Yes
, any work not done by Apple voids the 1 year warranty.

Q: Will I lose my data or music during the repair?
A: Possibly, please ensure that you have everything backed up before you send your iPod for repair.

A: We aim to dispatch your iPod within 48 hours of cleared payment. but it is more like 24 hours.

Payment FAQs
Q: How should I pay for my iPod to be repaired?
A: Our primary method is Realex, you can use credit and debit cards easily via Realex. We also accept postal order and company cheques.

Q: What if I decide not to have the iPod repaired after you have evaluated it?
A: That is no problem at all. Once we receive the cost of the appropriate postage we will return your iPod (or it can be collected from our workshop on production of the Order details).

Q: How should I post my iPod to you?
A: It is totally up to you, however we recommend you use An Post Registered as it is fully insured and is more reliable than recorded delivery,packed in a secure package .

Q: Which method do you use to return my iPod to me?
A: We also use Fastway Couriers Service for the same reasons as above and it also gets back to you much faster.

Q: What should I send to you?
A: Send your iPod and the repair form fully filled out with as much detail as possible and signed. Please do not include any accessories unless requested by us.
